Mary M Foster, MA LPC My practice has a strong focus in working to help people reduce their anxiety and depression by use of mindfulness based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which trains the brain to challenge faulty thinking styles and focus on staying in the present moment instead of dwelling in the past, or fretting about the future.
