About the Practice
My practice is focused on helping you to recognize patterns in your life through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to maximize your strengths and feel better about yourself, life, and your loved ones. I believe that at times, all of us in life struggle with difficult emotions that negatively impact our jobs, relationships, and daily activities. Often, we are too involved in the necessity of “getting through it” that we don’t realize there is a better way.
