Expand Therapy is an opportunity for you to meet one-on-one with a mental health professional to address symptoms related to a mental health condition or experience (such as anxiety, depression, psychosis, trauma, family problems, self-esteem, etc.). Expand We offer family therapy and caregiver support as a part of treatment depending upon the needs and preferences of the young people we work with. Expand We do not specialize in working with youth with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
