The program helps remove behavioral health barriers to employment to help individuals and families gain self-sufficiency as they transition from the welfare system to gainful employment. We are a nonprofit so the wages are about industry average, but the benefits are incredibly generous...I feel fortunate to work with a wonderful group of people.
