About the Practice
Eligibility Criteria Individuals 18 and older who meet criteria for Specialty Mental Health Services and the Target Population due to a serious mental illness, including those with co-occurring substance use conditions (COD). How to Refer Individuals may attend walk-in hours at Jane Westin Center Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
