Among the areas of expertise are families in transition, individuals in transition, depression, and anxiety. At 31, I was licensed and started a practice. My first and favorite seminar was called, "I Don't Need Counseling, I Just Want Someone to Talk To." I was passionate about spreading the word that counseling can be a place for individuals of any age, gender or ethnicity to speak freely and have a listening ear.
