La Concordia Wellness Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (Tax ID# 88-3030525) that seeks to provide compassionate, personalized care and overall wellness to all unable to access mental health care due to systemic challenges. Our vision is that our patients will reach their full potential for healing by receiving a range of supportive services in a safe, welcoming environment.
