Counseling begins by providing a safe space, listening to concerns, helping individuals gain awareness of their inner strengths and customizing a treatment plans leading to growth and healing. My focus is to help adults, adolescents, children and families reduce their anxiety, depression symptoms, process grief and trauma. Treatment Focus I have been a licensed counselor serving the Gulf Coast Community for 20 years.
