About the Practice
Many of my clients, both teens and adults, are deep thinkers who have delayed therapy, believing they should be able to “figure it out” on their own. Together, we’ll work to reduce anxiety, break unhelpful patterns, and help you step into a more balanced, fulfilling life. I provide a supportive space where you can move beyond overthinking, build confidence, and develop tools to navigate uncertainty without fear.
