About the role
Premiere Behavioral Health currently has an opening for a full-time Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) to join our team. The Licensed Mental Health Professional will provide outpatient therapy services to children and adolescents ages 0-19 and families to achieve an optimal level of psychosocial functioning. The LMHP functions as an integral member of a team delivering services to patients referred by a primary care provider. The LMHP engages in prevention and early intervention with patients, including bio-psychosocial assessments to identify emotional, social, and environmental strengths, needs, and challenges related to their specific treatment needs, goals, and/or situation. A strong background in childhood development is desirable, and candidates must have completed candidacy.

¨ Must be able to work 36 Hours/week (4 1/2 days/week)

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities Include
- Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for patients using the DSM-5, for both substance abuse and mental health needs.
- Assess clients using standardized assessment/screening tools, measures, etc.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop appropriate supports and interventions, discharge planning, and service coordination.
- Crisis Assessment/Triage with appropriate interventions.
- Assess patients' and families’ abilities and/or needs that may interfere with rehabilitation and medical progress.
- Provision of other services related to wellness.
- Documentation of services provided in accordance with insurance requirements in the electronic medical record, to include scheduling.
- Other related tasks designed to provide integrated health care services, such as assisting patients and families to utilize community resources.
Education and Experience
- Master's Level Degree
- Current/Active Oklahoma License (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.)
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
