Sisters Heal Counseling and Consulting is a virtual private practice, dedicated to providing high-quality, specialized emotional/behavioral treatment services tailored to the needs of children, adults, and families. We are actively looking to hire 1 talented therapists in NC, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. The ideal candidates are open to a virtual or hybrid work setting. This is a W2 position.

Position: Outpatient Therapist

Definition of Service

Private outpatient clinical practice is seeking a NC licensed therapist. Therapist will be responsible for completing comprehensive clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and therapy for children/adolescents, adults, and families referred to our agency. The ideal candidate is flexible to serve clients throughout the day and evening, is a Medicaid approved provider, eligible to join additional private insurance panels and open to faciliating group therapy.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Licensed Therapists that are

• LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW and credentialed in North Carolina. Associates are excepted to have their own clinical supervisor.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be currently registered with NC Tracks.
• Candidate must be a Medicaid provider.
• Candidate can be credentialed with BCBS, MedCost, and Aetna.
• 1+ years of Post Master's clinical experience in mental health required.
• 1+ years of experience providing individual & family therapy required.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Service-related field required.
• National Provider Identification (NPI) required.
• Malpractice liability insurance
• Practitioner Discipline Listed as being Accepted by Medicaid
• NC Licensure in one or more of the following: Clinical Social Work (LCSW)(A), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)(A).
• Strong Assessment & Diagnostic Skills
• Treatment Planning Expertise
• Strong Individual, Family, & Group Therapy Skills
• Efficient & Effective Practice Management in a Clinical Setting
• Client Focus & Strong Ability to Function as a Team Member
• Proficiency in the use of applicable computer software required.

Salary: $40-$50 /session hr

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
