What You’ll Do

• Focus on healing: Provide exceptional therapy services to women and adults who have experienced sexual trauma. Use DBT and non-traditional approaches such as movement, role play, mindfulness, music, and beyond.
• Grow & Thrive: Benefit from ongoing professional development opportunities, including specialized training.
• Innovate & Collaborate: Work with a team of therapists, sharing insights and strategies to continually enhance our services and outcomes.
• Integrate faith into sessions as the client requests.
• If you’re not afraid to get creative in session, you’ll fit right in.

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centred care.
• Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling.
• Active Ohio license: LPCC, LISW, or LSW.
• Ability to work at least one evening and Saturday shift.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.

Preferred

• Experience in trauma-informed care.
• Experience in DBT, EFT, or EMDR.
• Experience working with trauma or sexual assault survivors.
• Path to independent licensure (LPCC-S or LISW).
• Technology Knowledge: Has knowledge and ability to use Google Suite and an EHR.
