Position Summary
Vinita ResCare (VRC) is seeking compassionate, motivated, and entrepreneurial therapists to provide behavioral health services to residents of our Residential Care Home while also having the opportunity to build and maintain an outpatient caseload within the surrounding community.
This unique opportunity allows clinicians to provide therapy services both on-site at VRC and to community clients, with compensation based on a competitive reimbursement-sharing model.
The ideal candidate is passionate about improving access to behavioral healthcare and enjoys working with adults experiencing mental health conditions, substance use disorders, trauma, and co-occurring disorders.
Primary Responsibilities
Clinical Services
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual psychotherapy.
- Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed.
- Complete clinical documentation within required timeframes.
- Maintain treatment records in accordance with Oklahoma regulations and HIPAA.
Residential Services
- Provide regular therapy services to VRC residents.
- Collaborate with Residential Care staff regarding treatment goals.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care meetings when appropriate.
- Assist with behavioral intervention planning.
- Provide family sessions when clinically indicated.
Community Practice
Therapists will also have the opportunity to:
- Accept referrals from local physicians, hospitals, schools, employers, and community agencies.
- Build an outpatient caseload utilizing VRC office space.
- Provide telehealth and in-person therapy services.
- Grow their own specialty practice while operating under the agreed reimbursement model.

Qualifications
Required:
- Master's Degree in:
- Counseling
- Social Work
- Marriage \& Family Therapy
- Psychology
- Related Behavioral Health Field
Must possess one of the following Oklahoma credentials:

Preferred:
- Experience in residential treatment
- Experience working with adults with severe mental illness
- Crisis intervention experience
- Substance use treatment experience
- Trauma-informed care
- EMDR, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, or other evidence-based modalities

Therapists set their own schedules in coordination with resident needs and office availability.
Compensation
This position utilizes a revenue-sharing reimbursement model.
Compensation includes:
- Percentage of insurance reimbursements collected for services rendered
- Separate reimbursement rates for VRC resident services and community outpatient services (based on agreement)
- Opportunity for increased earnings as caseload grows
- No cap on earning potential
