Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LADC)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical team, serving adolescent youth in a residential setting. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to youth residents with complex emotional and behavioral needs. This position is ideal for a licensed therapist or someone eligible for licensure, who is passionate about working in a residential setting and making a lasting impact on the lives of youth. We believe small caseloads provide the best possible work environment and care for our residents.

LPC / LMFT / LCSW

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly provides individual, group, and family therapy to youth residents.
• Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (psychiatrists, case managers, counselors, etc.) to ensure holistic care.
• Develop therapeutic interventions that promote emotional regulation, problem-solving, and positive behavioral change.
• Creates in individualized treatment plans according to the youths needs and circumstances, adjusting as necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state regulations and facility policies.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support as needed
• Establish positive, trusting rapport with clients
• Involves and advises family members when appropriate

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Licensed or Licensed Eligible in Oklahoma (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Experience working with youth in a residential treatment or behavioral health setting is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-needs environment.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and crisis intervention skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
