Position: Therapist (LPC-A, LMSW, LMFT-A, LPC, LCSW, LMFT) - Individual Adult and Adolescent
Location: Positions available at our NEW office in Fort Worth, TX.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Therapist (LPC-A, LMSW, LMFT-A, LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our team in providing comprehensive therapeutic services. The successful candidate will facilitate and support individuals in their mental health and recovery journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Evaluate clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed and maintain a safe individual therapy environment.
- Document all therapy sessions and client interactions in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to ensure the delivery of high-quality therapeutic services.
- Engage in 30 individual therapy sessions weekly.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling or related field.
- Current TX state licensure as an LPC-A, LMSW, LMFT-A, LPC, LCSW, LMFT
- Experience with adult and adolescent clients with mental health and co-occurring support needs
- Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to professional and regulatory standards.

Pay: $60,000- 65,000/Year
