At Virtue Health and Wellness, LLC, our mission is to empower individuals to achieve optimal mental health and well-being through a comprehensive and holistic approach to care.
Our expanding CARF accredited agency offers numerous programs which are in immediate need of an LMSW, LGPC, LGSW, LCPC or LCSW to join our clinical team!
Our facility provides mental health and substance use services geared to the adult patient population. Our outpatient facility provides individual and group counseling services to children and adults. Our clinicians have the opportunity to work within more than one of our programs, including Mobile Treatment, Health Home, PRP, Medication Management and Outpatient Mental Health.
Our professionals will have the option to work via tele-health or on site. Supervision, which is required for licensing in MD, will be offered for free clinicians. Our agency also offers free CEU training through and free CPR renewal.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties
-Knowledge of psychosocial disorders, diagnoses, therapies, and principles.
-Interview patients and families to assess psychosocial problems, develop treatment plans, and monitor and evaluate patient progress.
-Communicate with patients based on an understanding of the cognitive and developmental needs of adult patients.
-Maintain up-to-date documentation and knowledge of patient's progress.
-Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions for patients and their families in order to assist in resolving personal and environmental problems which prevent them from achieving their highest level of psychosocial functioning.
-Participate as a member of the treatment team.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
● Current licensure for LMSW, LGPC, LGSW, LCPC or LCSW in Maryland.
● Preferred 1 year of experience in a behavioral health or healthcare setting, will consider new licensees.
● Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health and case management.
● Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
