Therapist (LMHC/LSW)
Location: Roxboro, NC | Job Type: Full-Time | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | Setting: Outpatient
Salary: $60,000–$75,000
We are seeking an experienced Therapist to provide counseling and behavioral health services to children and adults. The therapist will conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual, family, and group therapy, and coordinate appropriate community resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and clinical evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
- Advocate for clients and coordinate community resources and referrals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Valid North Carolina LSW or LMHC credential.
- 2–3+ years of mental health experience with diagnostic assessments and therapy.
- Experience working with children and adults.
- New graduates not eligible.
- Must have appropriate supervision and modality in place.
Additional Details: 1 opening | Outpatient | 38–40 clients/week | Start within 2 weeks | Two-round interview process.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
