The Quick Look

• The Vibe: A sophisticated, somatic-informed sanctuary for "clinical nerds" who love NARM, SE, EMDR and relational work.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Therapist: Hold a valid California license in psychotherapy, social work or psychology. (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC). (MFT associates will be considered based on supervisor availability and clinical need).
• Experience & Expertise: Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services, with a strong understanding of modern trauma treatment models.
• Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centred care.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
• Technology Knowledge: Has knowledge and ability to use Google Suite, and electronic medical record software (we use Jane App).
• Organization and attention to detail: Demonstrated personal discipline in adhering to documentation guidelines and scheduling needs.
• Business mindset: Understanding the value of client retention and clinical professionality.

Compensation & Benefits

• Clinical Hourly Rate for licensed clinicians: $80.00 – $108.60 per hour, depending on experience and specialty
• Administrative & Supervision Rate: $20.00 per hour for mandatory supervision and administrative tasks (up to 3 hours/month).
• Retirement: 6% Employer 401(k) Match on all gross earnings.
• Tax Advantages: As a W-2 position, the practice covers the employer portion of payroll taxes (Social Security, Medicare, SUI), providing a significantly higher take-home value than 1099 roles.
• Fully Funded Practice: The clinic covers all overhead costs (average $66/session), including premium office space, HIPAA-compliant tech, and full professional liability insurance.
