Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist (LICSW / LCPC / LGPC / LGSW) to join our dynamic team at our Baltimore location. In this role, you will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and families, fostering a supportive environment for personal growth and healing. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches to meet diverse client needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate client care and ensure holistic treatment.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Offer crisis intervention and support as needed to clients in distress.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Technical Skills:
• Valid Maryland state licensure as LICSW, LCPC, LGPC, or LGSW.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Empathy and active listening skills to foster a supportive client relationship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications in specialized therapy modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.).
• Experience working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or trauma survivors.
• Proficiency in a second language is a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
