About the Position
Embrace Wellness Counseling Services is seeking a trauma-informed LPCC who wants to build a caseload around their clinical strengths and specialties.
We are not looking for a generalist who feels expected to work with every client or presenting concern. We want clinicians who are developing—or have already developed—a clear clinical identity. This may include specializing in trauma, PTSD, dissociation, grief, children, adolescents, couples, military members, first responders, neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ populations, or another defined area.
The ideal candidate has completed EMDR training or has formal training in another trauma-focused intervention, such as IFS, CPT, TF-CBT, somatic therapy, DBT, attachment-based therapy, or play therapy.

- Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based, and client-centered care
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

- Collaborate with colleagues to support coordinated client care
- Maintain at least 15 available clinical hours per week
- Attend required clinical consultation and training meetings every Monday from 9:00–11:00 a.m.

- Maintain a separate phone line for client communication; monthly reimbursement is provided
