Pathway to Hope Counseling Services is a Community Behavioral Health Agency expanding to the state of Florida. We are going into our 20th year providing quality services to clients in the community that include child welfare and clients insured. PTH is fully accredited by CARF. We are an approved Florida Medicaid Provider and Florida DCF provider. Our team consists of Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LAMFT, LMHC), Associate Licensed Therapists (RMHCI, RCSWI, RWFTI), as well as Master’s Level Clinicians (Interns) providing therapy to our clients in our multicounty service areas in the state of Florida which includes: Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Lafayette, Levy, Madison, Suwannee, Taylor, and Union counties in Florida.

This position may be part-time or full-time hours, as it is an independent contractor position.

Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapist to join our team at Pathway to Hope Counseling Services. In this role, you will provide essential mental health support and counseling services to individuals and groups, helping them navigate their challenges and improve their well-being.

We are looking for Fully Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LAMFT, LMHC), Associate Licensed RMHCI, RCSWI, RWFTI), or Master’s Level Clinicians (Interns). Special attention given to those candidates that have a background in working with clients that have experienced trauma.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients of varying ages.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
• Provide services to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes
• Provide diagnostic assessments, if fully licensed

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field required
• Valid state licensure as a therapist or counselor is preferred
• Experience in group therapy and individual counseling is essential
• Familiarity with outpatient care practices is beneficial
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Appropriate time management
