Therapist (LGPC/LCPC/LMSW/LCSW)

We are looking for licensed therapists who possess LCPC/LGPC

Responsibilities

Conduct psycho-social assessments

• Develop individual treatment plans

• Provide individual, group and family therapy sessions

• Complete documentation electronically through an EMR software

• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities

• Plan and conduct programs to prevent substance abuse or improve community health and counseling services

• Assess clients' mental condition based on review of client information, interviews, observation, tests, and collaboration with other staff members

• Serve as a client advocate to coordinate required services or to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations

• Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients' treatment

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual with a passion for working with others. The Therapist will work with our team to improve the health and wellbeing of our patients by interacting with them, collaborating on care plans and treating them with medications when needed. The Therapist will also be responsible for keeping accurate records and communicating regularly with patients, families and the rest of our medical team.

Pay: From $42.00 per hour
