Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
$85–$90 per clinical hour | W-2 | Part-time | San Diego, CA
Resilience Counseling is looking for a licensed LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC to join our team. We are a specialty mental health practice in San Diego working with children, teens, and adults with OCD, anxiety, and trauma.
We are looking for someone who cares about doing good clinical work, enjoys being part of a team, and wants to continue growing as a therapist.
You do not need to already specialize in OCD. We provide training and ongoing support in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and OCD treatment.

We want our therapists to be able to focus on their clients. Our administrative team provides scheduling and office support, and we provide referrals so you are not responsible for building your own caseload.
Qualifications
- Current California license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
- Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or a related field
- Able to provide in-person therapy at our San Diego office
- Interested in evidence-based treatment
- California license number must be included on your resume
Experience treating OCD or anxiety is a plus, but it is not required. Experience working with children or teens is also a plus.
We are more interested in finding someone who is a good fit for our team, is open to learning, and wants to continue developing their clinical skills.
Training and Professional Growth
Our clinicians use evidence-based treatments including:
- Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
We provide ongoing opportunities for training and consultation and encourage our clinicians to continue developing areas of expertise that interest them.
