About the Role: As an LCSW, you will provide high-quality mental health services, including talk therapy and counseling, to our clientele. You will play a crucial role in enhancing their well-being and quality of life through individualized care plans and supportive interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to identify residents’ mental health needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions
- Collaborate with facility staff, families, and other healthcare providers
- Offer supportive guidance and clinical insight as needs arise

Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in NY.
- Experience in geriatric mental health care preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
