Therapist (LCPC, LCP, or LCSW)

This is a unique opportunity to become the founding therapist of Bee You Therapy's counseling department and help shape the future of behavioral health services within our growing practice.

Bee You Therapy is seeking a passionate and compassionate Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCPC, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist) to join our growing multidisciplinary practice.

This is an exciting opportunity to help establish and grow our counseling department while providing outpatient mental health services to adolescents and adults in a collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming environment.

The ideal candidate enjoys working alongside occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists and is passionate about helping individuals build confidence, independence, emotional wellness, and meaningful life skills.

This position will primarily provide individual psychotherapy while also collaborating with The Hive Day Program, our adult day program for individuals with disabilities, for approximately 1–2 hours per week through consultation, group programming, or individual support.

Duties

• Provide individual counseling to adolescents and adults
• Complete comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using an electronic medical record (EMR)
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT-informed interventions, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, schools, and community providers
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
• Provide approximately 1–2 hours per week of clinical support within The Hive Day Program
• Help develop and grow Bee You Therapy's behavioral health services
• Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with Illinois licensing requirements

Requirements

• Current Illinois license as an LCPC, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ethical clinical practice
• Experience using EMR systems preferred

Pay: $62,500.00 - $75,000.00 per year
