Position: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – Remote (1099 Contractor)
Location: 100% Telehealth / Remote (Florida Residents Only)
Compensation:
$60 per clinical hour (1099 Contractor)
License Requirement:
Must hold an active Florida LMHC license in good standing.

Morgan Compassion LLC is a growing telehealth mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, accessible, and high-quality care throughout Florida.
We specialize in individual therapy, couples counseling, trauma treatment, anxiety, depression, and emotional wellness services. Our mission is to make healing approachable by combining clinical excellence, innovation, and genuine compassion.
We actively provide referrals and currently average 2–6 new referrals per week for active clinicians. As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking dedicated clinicians who are committed to providing exceptional care while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Requirements
- Active Florida LMHC license in good standing
- Minimum commitment of 15 clinical hours per week
- Experience providing telehealth services preferred
- Experience treating trauma is required
- EMDR certification is preferred but not required
- Clinicians must be comfortable treating clients with trauma using evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions
- Familiarity with approaches such as EMDR, TF-CBT, CPT, CBT, ACT, DBT, Somatic interventions, or similar evidence-based modalities
- Strong clinical documentation skills
- Ability to maintain professional and ethical standards of care
Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling services through secure telehealth platforms
- Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs
- Treat clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and related concerns
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our AI-supported workflow
- Collaborate with other providers when clinically appropriate
- Provide compassionate, ethical, and high-quality care while maintaining professional standards
