SUD (Part-time) Licensed Clinical Director (LCSW-C, LCADC, LCPC)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director (20 Hours a week) to provide clinical leadership and oversight for our residential substance use disorder (SUD) treatment program. Our program is currently licensed to provide ASAM Level 3.1 and 3.3 services, with plans to expand to Level 3.5 in the near future.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced clinician with a strong background in substance use disorder treatment, particularly within a residential setting. We are looking for someone who can provide effective clinical leadership, support and supervise our clinical team (ADT, CAC-AC), and help ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and client-centered care.

Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group clinical supervision to counselors, therapists, case managers, and other clinical staff.
• Oversee the quality and appropriateness of clinical services provided to clients in the residential SUD program.
• Review assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge plans, and other clinical documentation for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Ensure appropriate application and documentation of ASAM Criteria, including Levels 3.1, 3.3, and 3.5.
• Lead and participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, case consultations, and clinical reviews.
• Provide guidance to staff regarding complex cases, co-occurring disorders, crisis situations, relapse risk, and changes in level of care.
• Train, coach, and support clinical staff in evidence-based, trauma-informed, and client-centered SUD treatment practices.
• Conduct routine chart audits and help ensure compliance with licensing, regulatory, payer, ethical, and organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with the clinical teams and leadership team to improve clinical programming, policies, procedures, and overall quality of care.
• Promote a professional, ethical, accountable, and supportive clinical environment focused on client safety, recovery, and positive treatment outcomes.

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
