Social Worker (LICSW, LCSW)

Social Worker - Part-Time

21 - 28 hours per week

$3,000 sign on bonus

A Social Worker is a part of the interdisciplinary team of clinicians to evaluate patient’s levels of social and emotional functioning

Requirements

• Licensed at the LICSW, LCSW level by the Board of Registration in Social Work pursuant to G.L. Chapter 13, Section 80.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Hospice and Home Care
• Computer experience
• Requires ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills
• Driver’s License

Responsibilities include but not limited to

• Psychosocial assessment of strengths and weaknesses, including coping skills, support systems, and the need for community resources.
• Assessment of grief reactions and high-risk factors for complicated bereavement.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour
