Skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist/Counselor

Job Description: We're searching for a licensed therapist/counselor to join our award winning team! If you're passionate about helping others, have a knack for making people feel heard and understood, and want to be part of a welcoming community, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health, clinical research, and individual and group counseling. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ICD-10 coding is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or couples sessions with a sprinkle of empathy and understanding
• Collaborate with our fantastic team to deliver top-notch care to our clients
• Keep things organized and on track by maintaining accurate client records
• Stay curious and keep growing through ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Work hand in hand with referrals between our Psych Nurse Practitioners

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Current state licensure as a therapist/counselor (LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
• Proficiency in ICD-10 coding and data collection
• Previous experience in therapy is a plus, but new grads are welcome too!
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to make a difference

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
