Join our dynamic private practice team as a Sharing Private Practice - LPC, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health services tailored to diverse client needs. As an integral part of our team, you will provide direct support and clinical counseling across various settings, including telehealth and outpatient clinics, ensuring compassionate care for individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
Requirements
- Valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for Wisconsin.
- Demonstrated experience working with children, adolescents, and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
- Proficiency in psychotherapy modalities such as psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, social work principles, and evidence-based practices like CPT coding for billing purposes.
- Strong skills in crisis intervention, trauma-focused therapy, grief counseling, and managing co-occurring disorders including addiction or mental health conditions.
- Experience working within clinical documentation standards using EMR/EHR systems; familiarity with ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10) is essential.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to mental health assessments and patient care documentation.
- Telehealth experience preferred; ability to adapt therapeutic approaches for remote delivery while maintaining engagement and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
