Emotional Wealth LLC is a women owned, LGBTQ+ affirming virtual mental health practice providing culturally responsive therapy and assessments.
We are seeking a Senior Clinical Therapist to provide direct client care while contributing to clinical supervision, mentorship, and team development.
The Role
- Provide virtual individual, couples, or family therapy
- Maintain a minimum of 25 completed client hours per week
- Participate in clinical consultation, and team meetings
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Contribute to a collaborative and affirming clinical environment
What We Offer
- $50,000–$62,000 annual salary
- Relocation not required: 50% reimbursement toward required additional state license after one year of service.

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in PA, NY, NJ, or NC
- 2+ years post licensure experience preferred
- Supervision experience or eligibility preferred
- Strong clinical communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive and LGBTQ+ affirming care
- Private HIPAA compliant workspace
