We are seeking a seasoned Psychotherapist to join our team and provide quality mental health services to our clients. The ideal candidate will be a licensed professional with 5+ years experience in providing individual psychotherapy to a variety of demographics. Couples, group and family therapy may be additional modalities of expertise. The Psychotherapist will be responsible for assessing clients' needs, understanding the gamut of mental health diagnoses, holding knowledge in various life stressors, circumstances and backgrounds, developing treatment plans, and providing appropriate evidence-based interventions. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of ethical principles, and the ability to build rapport with clients.Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Assess and diagnose mental health issues.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention services.
• Keep accurate records of client progress, and have fluency with Simple Practice and Zoom.
• Refer clients to other professionals as needed.

Pay: $225.00 - $350.00 per hour
