We're seeking a fully licensed Texas LPC or LCSW who desires the flexibility of private practice without the burden of marketing, billing, insurance administration, or practice management.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality telehealth counseling services.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate professionally with the practice owner and administrative staff.
• Maintain all ethical and legal standards required by the Texas State Board.
• Build meaningful therapeutic relationships that align with the values and mission of the practice.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Texas LPC or LCSW license.
• Eligible to practice independently in Texas.
• Active NPI.
• Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain before start).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues.
• Experience working with insurance-based clients.
• Familiarity with CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, ACT, or person-centered approaches.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
