Duties
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake sessions to understand clients’ mental health needs.
- Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral therapy tailored to individual client needs.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on mental health counseling, crisis intervention, addiction counseling, and PTSD care.
- Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems to document patient care accurately while adhering to HIPAA regulations for medical documentation and confidentiality.
- Engage in case management activities such as treatment planning, patient assessment, and coordination with other healthcare providers for integrated care.
Requirements
- Valid LCSW/LICSW/LMHC license or equivalent clinical licensure in good standing for remote practice in Massachusetts
- Experience with direct clinical care via telehealth.
- Strong knowledge of psychotherapy techniques
- Experience working with EMR systems and maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation practices.
- Ability to perform patient care tasks such as intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and behavioral health interventions via telehealth platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to patient engagement and case management.
Pay: $50.00 - $78.00 per hour
