Are you an independently licensed Ohio therapist who wants to focus on providing high-quality care without the administrative burden?

JLC Services Inc. is seeking a full-time LPCC or LISW to provide outpatient telehealth therapy to adults throughout Ohio. This is a remote, W-2 employee position with benefits.

You focus on your clients and clinical work. Our team supports you by managing scheduling, credentialing, insurance verification, and billing.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual telehealth therapy to an adult caseload of approximately 26–30 sessions per week
• Conduct intake assessments, establish diagnoses within your scope of practice, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT-informed skills, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in our EHR within 24–48 hours
• Assess client risk and follow established crisis-response protocols with support from the clinical team
• Participate in weekly clinical consultation and collaborate with colleagues

Required Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Active, unrestricted Ohio LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, or LISW-S license
• Independent diagnostic authority
• At least two years of post-licensure outpatient clinical experience
• Ability to become credentialed with commercial insurance, Medicare, and Ohio Medicaid
• Residence in Ohio
• Private, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
• Reliable high-speed internet connection

Please note: Ohio LPC and LSW license holders are not eligible for this position at this time because the role requires independent diagnostic authority.

Strongly Preferred

• Experience serving veterans, active-duty service members, law enforcement officers, firefighters, or other first responders
• Familiarity with military and public-safety culture, including rank structures, deployment cycles, shift work, and occupation-specific stressors
• Training or experience addressing combat-related or duty-related PTSD, moral injury, or critical incidents
• Personal or professional experience in a military or public-safety environment

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• LPCC-S or LISW-S supervision designation
• Previous telehealth experience
• LICDC, EMDR, CPT, or another relevant specialty certification

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
