About the role
Zalfi is seeking licensed therapists who want the flexibility of private practice with the support of an established behavioral health practice. This role is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, flexible scheduling, administrative support, and the ability to focus on providing high-quality patient care.
Zalfi provides support with insurance credentialing, billing, claims processing, and administrative operations so clinicians can focus on their patients. We serve commercial insurance and self-pay clients. Medicare and Medicaid participation is optional based on clinician preference.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
- Perform risk assessments (suicidality, self-harm, safety concerns)
- Collaborate with Zalfi’s clinical team as needed
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care
- Other related clinical duties as assigned
Requirements
- Active Indiana clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, or equivalent)
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the practice team
- Interest in outpatient therapy with individuals, couples, and families

Compensation
This is a fee-for-service 1099 independent contractor role.
Compensation is based on a competitive fee-for-service revenue-share model. Revenue share is determined individually based on clinical experience, specialty training, anticipated contribution to the practice, and overall fit.
