Remote California Licensed Therapist – LMFT, LCSW or LPCC

KindestMind is a telepsychology practice providing mental health services through telehealth. We are seeking California-licensed therapists with strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and experience working with insurance-based clients.

Requirements:

• Active California LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license
• At least 3 years of clinical experience
• Prior experience providing therapy through health insurance
• Familiarity with medical necessity, treatment plans, progress notes, and insurance documentation requirements
• Strong clinical interviewing and documentation skills
• Comfortable providing therapy through telehealth
