Remote Associate Mental Health Therapist

My Hopewell Co. is seeking a compassionate and driven Associate Mental Health Therapist (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC) to join our team and provide telehealth therapy services. We are looking for someone who is collaborative, trustworthy, and passionate about supporting individuals and couples in improving their mental health and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities

● Caseload is dependent on the therapist, minimum 4-6 client sessions per week.

● Therapy Assessments: Complete comprehensive Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation, PHQ-9, GAD testing, Follow up assessments, and psychosocial support.

● Flexible Schedule: (FRIDAYS ARE A MUST)

With clients, no weekends required but are available.

● Treatment plans: Develop effective and individualized treatment plans including problem-solving to obtain objectives and goals.

● Documentation: Completing clinical notes within 3 days from session date.

● Ethical Standards: Uphold compliance and ethics with the Board of Behavioral Health practices.

Experience and Qualifications

● Master’s Degree in Social Work or Clinical Counseling from an accredited University.

● Experience working with Individual Therapy, Couples Counseling, Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Mental Health.

● Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently is a must.

● Great communicational skills, able to respond to emails and schedule appointment requests in a timely manner.

● Excellent Team Player that is communicative, collaboration to achieve quality care, harmony, trust and integrity.

● Willing to run workshops or co-run workshops, help create events and services for clients. Able to participate in team activities.

● At least 2-3 references, upon request prior to hire.
