About the role
Responsibilities:
-Must have a LPC and licensed to practice in Arkansas
- Conduct individual therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and counseling.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress notes.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- State licensure or certification as a therapist.
- Proficiency in conducting group therapy sessions and facilitating discussions.
- Strong knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and Christian counseling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
