Reports To: Clinical Director/Practice Owner

Compensation: Per Session Rate

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Contract Psychotherapist to join our small private practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and/or families. This is an independent contractor role that offers you a relaxing schedule while receiving administrative and clinical support from the practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to clients.
• Conduct intake assessments, treatment planning, and progress documentation.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs.
• Participate in case consultations or team meetings as needed.
• Adhere to HIPAA and professional ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with other professionals (e.g., psychiatrists, medical providers) as needed.
• Maintain active licensure and fulfill continuing education requirements, as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Provisionally licensed Mental Health Counselor/Marriage and Family Therapist in Fl.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (preferred but not required).
• Have an understanding in true cultural compentency
• Experience in trauma (preferred), anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR), specifically GWS is a plus.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
