Overview

Federal mental health (www.fedmh.com) is a virtual psychotherapy clinic dedicated to serving federal workers' compensation patients who have been injured on the job, both physically and psychologically. Our mission is to provide high-quality, compassionate psychological care tailored to the unique needs of these clients.

We are seeking psychologists (PHD or PsyD), who are licensed to practice independently in California . This is a full time work-from-home position.

Compensation is $120 an hour, and you will be compensated commensurate with this rate for all tasks (report writing, paperwork, etc.)

Duties

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to federal workers’ compensation patients and other clients injured on the job.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify psychological needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support client recovery and well-being.
• Document all therapy sessions and treatment progress accurately in compliance with regulatory and clinic standards.
• Be able to take on atleast 10 clients

Experience

• Must hold a PHD or PSYD in clinical psychology or counseling
• Experience working with injured workers, injured/ chronic pain patients, or federal workers is a plus.

Pay: $120.00 per hour
