Job Description

Village Counseling Services is a professional group of well-respected, seasoned licensed clinicians, who have been providing client-centered, evidence-based treatment since 1996. In our private, warm, supportive space we provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy, medication management and two highly effective structured treatment programs - Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

Currently, we are seeking new clinicians to join our practice who are available to provide in-person and virtual treatment to our extensive client base.

We are highly invested in helping clinicians grow. Therefore, we provide clinical supervision for all clinicians and additional supervision for provisionally licensed clinicians to obtain full licensure.

Assistance with obtaining health insurance is available and earning potential is above average.

Requirements

Candidates must have graduated with a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, or related field. Current New Jersey licensure as an LCSW, LSW, LPC, or LAC is required. Candidates must be available to provide a minimum of two in-person evenings per week.
