Therapy Matters is a fast-growing, community-centered therapy practice seeking a motivated and clinically grounded LPCC or LSW to join our team. We are looking for a self-directed clinician interested in building a meaningful caseload working primarily with adults, with the option to include teens and older adults based on interest and experience.

A strong candidate will be comfortable supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress-related concerns, and relationship dynamics, and will bring a thoughtful, trauma-informed approach to care. Interest in working with older adults and life-stage transitions is highly valued.

We are a collaborative, forward-thinking clinic offering a supportive environment and a clear path for clinicians to grow their practice over time.

What We’re Looking For

• A grounded, authentic clinician with strong clinical judgment
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with a team
• Comfort working with adult and teen populations
• Comfort working with children is a plus but not necessary
• Tech-savvy and proficient with EHR systems and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness across email and phone
• Organized, reliable, and clinically thoughtful

Supervision

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to clients on caseload
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation (HIPAA standards)
• Utilize EHR systems for clinical documentation and scheduling
• Provide crisis support when needed
• Collaborate effectively with the Therapy Matters team

Qualifications

• LPCC, LSW in Colorado (pre-licensed), or Graduating this summer
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Commitment to evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Ability to work within DORA and insurance guidelines when applicable

Compensation & Structure

• Contract position
• $50–$65/hour to start, with growth potential over time

• Hours are flexible and can be tailored to your availability and preferred population
