Now Hiring Psychotherapists in New Mexico

The Institute for Psychotherapy Services (IPS) in Santa Fe is a postgraduate training center with an affiliated psychotherapy clinic. We provide thoughtful, dynamic psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, couples, and families throughout New Mexico, both in person and through telehealth.

As our clinical services continue to grow, we are seeking independently licensed psychotherapists for full-time or part-time independent contractor positions.

Position: Psychotherapist

Location: Hybrid—Santa Fe and telehealth throughout New Mexico

Compensation: $55 per completed session

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited clinical program
• Current independent New Mexico clinical license (LPCC, LISW, or LMFT)
• Individual professional liability insurance
• Experience providing individual, couples, or family therapy
• Ability to provide both in-person and telehealth services
• Ability to assess and manage crisis situations
• Familiarity with DSM-5 diagnostic criteria
• Timely completion of clinical documentation and other required paperwork
• Ability to use electronic practice-management software
• Interest in expanding clinical expertise through consultation, supervision, and collaboration with colleagues
