Solace Sexual Assault Services needs a Psychotherapist (Bilingual Spanish/English a plus) to join our Clinical team to provide therapy to survivors of sexual assault. For over 53 years, Solace Sexual Assault Services has supported survivors across Santa Fe, Rio Arriba, and Los Alamos Counties. At Solace, our mission is to offer healing, hope, advocacy, and prevention services, all free of charge and grounded in cultural respect and trauma-informed care.

The Role

Psychotherapists at Solace provide evidence-based, trauma-focused psychotherapy to children (3+ years), adolescents, adults, and non-offending family members.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed psychotherapy

• Offer crisis intervention services

• Use culturally responsive, evidence-based modalities

• Collaborate with Clinical Team members

• Complete confidential documents

• Support waitlist management

• Facilitate groups

• Contribute to a positive team culture

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work or related field.

• NM Licensure as LMHC, LPCC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT.

• Experience using evidence-based modes of therapy.

• Ability to work with diverse populations with Spanish/English language competency a plus.

• Background clearance and required trainings (we offer additional trainings to support our work).

• Proficiency with Windows-based systems.

Work Environment

Based in Santa Fe, this position is in-office, on-site, and requires mobility throughout the facility. You must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting salary for this position is $55,000 - $60,000 DOE.
