Pay: $55.00 $65.00 per hour

About Our Practice

We are a growing outpatient treatment center in Old Town Scottsdale offering a supportive and collaborative environment for therapists who value flexibility, authenticity, and professional growth. Our mission is to help clinicians thrive, not just survive, in their careers.

Our practice is dedicated to a holistic, whole body approach to mental health, emphasizing the connection between brain and body wellness. We're excited to expand our offerings with on site psychiatric services, hormone and lab testing, and an adolescent intensive outpatient program, allowing us to provide truly integrated care to our clients. We also offer Restore IOP, our women's only Intensive Outpatient Program, providing a higher level of care for women navigating anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and hormonally influenced mental health concerns. We currently see adults and adolescents.

Position Summary

We're seeking a compassionate Associate or Independent licensed Therapist (LPC, LAC, LCSW, LMSW, or equivalent) to join our team as an independent contractor. This role includes both individual client work and group facilitation within Restore IOP, our women's only Intensive Outpatient Program. This role allows you to:

• Set your own schedule and choose your preferred work setting (in office or hybrid), with midday and afternoon hours in highest demand.
• Receive supervision toward independent licensure (if applicable).
• Focus on your preferred specialties and client populations alongside your Restore IOP involvement.
• Work in a supportive, therapist centered environment that values your autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy within your areas of expertise.
• Facilitate or co facilitate groups within Restore IOP, supporting women through structured, modular programming addressing anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and hormonal mental health.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and create treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Use our secure, HIPAA compliant EMR with an integrated telehealth platform.
• Engage in a collaborative and respectful practice culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active Arizona associate or independent license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW or equivalent).
• Willingness and interest in facilitating Restore IOP groups as part of the role.
• Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and compassion.
• Availability during midday and afternoon hours preferred, given current client demand.
• Ability to work independently with support available as needed.
