About the role
Licensed Therapist – Full-Time or Part-Time (Hybrid)
Sage Psychotherapy Services – Sparta, NJ
Sage Psychotherapy Services is a growing private practice seeking a warm, dedicated LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC, LSW, or LAMFT to provide outpatient mental health care in a hybrid (virtual & in-person) model.
We offer a collaborative, therapist-centered environment with W-2 employment, administrative support, a furnished office, therapy dogs on site, and flexible scheduling options.
We currently have room for one full-time and one part-time clinician, but are open to creative arrangements to meet client demand.

50/50 payment split (up to 55% after 1 year FT)

Requirements:
Active NJ clinical license (or in progress)
Strong documentation and communication skills
Comfortable working with diverse populations
Insurance credentialing preferred but not required
