Hamlett Health Psychotherapy is offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a boutique group practice in Madison, NJ. Hamlett Health Psychotherapy believes therapy should be accessible and provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood, empowering them to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and self-awareness.

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Psychotherapist Licensed in NJ (LPC, LCSW, PsyD, PhD). The candidate will be providing both in-person and virtual therapy services for our practice as we expand and accept new clients. The position starts as part time W2 hourly.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.
• Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions.
• Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain continuity of care.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standard
• Stay current on best practices through continuing education and professional development.
• Adhere to professional codes of ethics, confidentiality standards, and relevant licensing board regulations.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that respects client diversity and promotes well-being.

Shifts

• Expected hours: 5 – 20 clinical hours per week

• Mornings, Weekdays, Weeknights or Weekends

• Requiring 3 shifts (one virtual): one night, one day and one additional

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• The ideal candidate has their Clinical License in the state of New Jersey
• Experience in providing counseling services to individuals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to empathize and connect with clients
• Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and interventions
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of clients
