As a high-quality private practice, we strive to serve adults, children, and teens to evolve into the healthiest versions of themselves.

We are looking for an additional licensed Psychotherapist to join our team. We are searching for someone who wants to grow and loves to see people around them achieving their goals, with a background in treating PTSD. Established clinicians looking for administrative support with current caseload are encouraged to apply.

We offer a flexible schedule, split fee pay structure, and support staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy (or the equivalent) from an accredited university or college in the field of counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field.
• At least one year of experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or divorce-related stress.
• Experience with one on one counseling with different modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, Family systems,etc.)
• EMDR trained/certified candidates are preferred.
• Licensed with the State of Florida.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Experience working with adults and families with psychological, behavioral and/or psychosocial issues.
• Ability to work well as a member of a team and to be flexible.
• Understanding of the stages of child/adolescent growth and development.
• Demonstrate cultural competence and awareness of the socio-cultural characteristics of clients served.
• Willingness to do in-person therapy, and also ability to utilize telehealth to provide teletherapy to clients; work a flexible schedule, which includes evenings and possibly weekends
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Computer knowledge, including the use of telehealth technology

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Promote the mission, values and vision of Clarity Health Solutions
• Provide Individual, Family, Dyadic, and/or Group Therapy to adults
• Provide crisis intervention and support for families, as needed.
• Provide feedback and participate in continuous quality improvement.
• Maintain complete, accurate and comprehensive records within a 24-hour time frame.
• Maintain and adhere to all professional, ethical, moral, and code of conduct guidelines at all times.
