We are a private practice seeking part time clinicians. We provide clinical hours towards your LCSW. This can be a hybrid position, we provide a in person space or Telehealth depending on the needs of the clients. You must be able to work a minimum of 15 hours a week.

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychotherapist to join our dedicated mental health team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, utilizing various therapeutic modalities. This role requires a strong commitment to client care and the ability to work effectively in both in-person and telehealth settings. The Psychotherapist will play a vital role in supporting clients through their mental health journeys, addressing diverse issues including crisis intervention.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary to ensure client safety.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver therapy services remotely, ensuring accessibility for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards.

Experience

• A Master's degree in Social Work (LMSW) or LMHC is required
• LCSW
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds are crucial for success in this role.
